Terms and Conditions for jbajee Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jbajee website, downloading the jbajee app or creating a jbajee account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jbajee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jbajee platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of jbajee, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform and anyone who accesses any part of the jbajee service. Using jbajee in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2 Eligibility

Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jbajee account. This means choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone and logging out of shared devices after each session. jbajee is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jbajee are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). jbajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Deposits on jbajee are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your jbajee account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jbajee payments team during operating hours. Standard withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours. jbajee does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on jbajee.
• jbajee reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• jbajee may place a temporary hold on withdrawals if unusual account activity is detected.
• Any balance remaining in a jbajee account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jbajee offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. General bonus rules that apply to all jbajee promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Using jbajee for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits or any other means.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw on jbajee without their explicit consent.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jbajee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access jbajee systems, databases or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your jbajee account to another person.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jbajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or if jbajee is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your jbajee account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw or play until the suspension is lifted. jbajee will contact you via the email or phone number registered to your account to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it.

You may also request the closure of your own jbajee account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

• Accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible for a balance refund.

9 Responsible Gaming
